We're looking for a Cashier to ensure accurate recording of all customer transactions in line with our cashiering systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow cashiering policies and procedures when receiving payments
- Safeguard all tenders and submit accurate accounts to the immediate head before breaks and at end of shift.
- Provide suggestive selling and keep counter supplies (POs, invoices, receipt rolls, etc.) replenished.
- Validate product quality before processing transactions.
- Support marketing initiatives as directed by management.
- Engage with customers and escalate complaints to supervisors when needed.
Qualifications
- At least a high school graduate
- Cashiering experience in fashion retail is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
