Duties and Responsibilities
Primary: Cashiering
- Encode orders accurately in the POS system
- Prepare and issue accurate bills
- Receive and process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, e-wallets)
- Issue official receipts
- Handle voids, discounts, and adjustments with proper approval
- Perform end-of-shift cash count and reconciliation
- Report any discrepancies immediately
- Follow strict company cash handling and internal control procedures
Secondary: Dining Support (When Free from Cashiering Duties)
- Assist in serving food and drinks
- Help clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area
- Assist guests with basic inquiries
- Support team during peak hours
Qualifications
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate
- With prior cashiering experience (restaurant, caf, retail, or similar)
- Familiar with POS systems
- Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Can work well in a team
