Key Responsibilities
Cashiering (Primary Role)
- Accurately encode customer orders using the POS system
- Prepare and issue correct bills to customers
- Receive and process payments (cash, cards, and e-wallets)
- Issue official receipts for all transactions
- Handle voids, discounts, and adjustments with proper approval
- Perform end-of-shift cash count and reconciliation
- Report any discrepancies immediately
- Follow company cash handling and internal control procedures
Dining Support (When Available)
- Assist in serving food and beverages to customers
- Help clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Respond to basic customer inquiries in a friendly manner
- Support teammates during busy service hours
Job Requirements
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate
- Previous cashiering experience in a restaurant, caf, or retail store is an advantage
- Familiarity with POS systems is preferred
- Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work well in a team-oriented environment
