Cash Operations Officer

The Cash Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational efficiency, leading the CPC team, and delivering high-quality service to clients through effective cash management and process improvement.

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures, operational controls, and compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Proven experience in daily cash balancing, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Proven experience in leading and managing employees to achieve operational targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The work location in Santa Rosa Laguna.
