Job Description

The Cash Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational efficiency, leading the CPC team, and delivering high-quality service to clients through effective cash management and process improvement.

Basic requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures, operational controls, and compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Proven experience in daily cash balancing, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
Proven experience in leading and managing employees to achieve operational targets.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The work location in Santa Rosa Laguna.
