Cash Operations Manager

About the Role

As a Cash Operations Officer, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing the technical, logistical, and administrative operations of cashiering, cash custodianship, cash sorting, and consolidation activities. The role ensures the daily reconciliation and balancing of cash inflows and outflows while maintaining operational efficiency, compliance, and security standards within the Cash Processing Center (CPC).

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures, cash custodianship, and reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with banking regulations, financial compliance requirements, and operational controls.
• Knowledge of security protocols and risk management practices in financial services and cash operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in cash operations, cash management, banking operations, or a related field.
