Job Description
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy or finance related course
- Knowledgeable in Accounting system, preferable with SAP experience
- With good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Supervise staff handling cash management operation tasks and organize their work to meet reporting deadlines.
- Monitor daily cash balance and oversee all cash-related transactions to ensure sufficient operating funds.
- Oversees disbursement processes, including check voucher validation, petty cash releases and cash advance verifications.
- Prepares weekly budget prior to processing check vouchers to manage fund allocations effectively.
- Generate reports such as cash flow, forecasted expenses, aging of Payables and other treasury-related schedules.
