Position Tile: Sales Officer
Responsibilities:
- Identifies opportunities to provide cash management and sale solutions within the target client market they are assigned to.
- Effectively manage a healthy sales pipeline, and ensure opportunities are moved through the deal stages efficiently
- Conducts sales calls on target corporate clients to facilitate their enrollment to the bank's cash management and trade solutions
- Briefs corporate clients on the functionalities and benefits of cash management and trade solutions.
- Guides corporate clients through the accomplishment of documentary requirements and the enrollment process
- Conducts hands-on training for corporate clients assigned users as needed
- Conducts internal briefings to Area/Region Heads, Branch Heads, Regional Marketing Officers and Account Officers and other bank units as needed
- Monitors CASA ADB, fees, and usage of accounts (volume/value) of onboarded deals and accounts under management
- Tracks revenue performance of transactional banking clients recently provided cash management and/or trade solutions
Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in handling corporate clients, with working knowledge across various industries
- Ability to balance profitability and business targets, demonstrating foresight to ensure overall business contributes to the bank's goals through strategic pricing and product packages that create a win-win for both clients and the bank
- Excellent skills in financial data analysis, negotiation, presentation, and communication
- Comfortable with conducting client calls and meetings
- Strong commercial orientation with a focus on generating revenue
- Demonstrates grit and a high level of rigor in achieving objectives
- Willing to be assigned to BGC, Taguig
