Cash Management Officer

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Oversee the payables and disbursement process of the Cash Management Unit
• Ensures all vendor invoices are processed accurately on time and in compliance with company regulations.
• Forecast cash, ensure the company's cash flow, meets operational requirements including overseeing the management of the daily cash position and ensuring daily liquidity is maintained
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the Group's funding structure and optimizing funding arrangements across the Group
• Manage the investible funds and identify appropriate investment opportunities that fit the company's investment objectives (Money market, fixed income, etc.)
• Provide finance and/or treasury input into the Group's general internal processes (such as but not limited to: financial budgeting and forecasting processes, contracts review, vendor accreditation, etc.)
• Manage relationships with the banks, maintaining bank mandates and bank accounts
• Maintains clear and accurate financial records (soft and hard copies).

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education / Licenses Required

• College Graduate of any Business Related Course

Experiences/Knowledge Required

• Fair knowledge of the financial practices related to Cash Management (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable)
• Experience in Financial Operations and background on accounting software used is an advantage.
• Capable of working in a highly competitive environment

Skills / Qualities Required

• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Must possess an analytical mind and can exercise mature judgment
• Ability to perform data analysis
• Ability to communicate financial information to financial users
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel.
• Must be able to create spreadsheets, audit work of others and ensure that spreadsheets are robust and accurate
