Cash Management Analyst - TMC Clinic (Sta. Lucia Mall)

The Medical City Clinic is looking for Cash Management Analyst to be assigned at Sta. Lucia Mall branch! (Reliever only - for 3 months contract).

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment
• Experience in healthcare setting is an advantage
• Excellent written and oral communication

Job Description:

• Verifies patient benefit information and applies the appropriate medical services rendered.
• Handles and deposits cash, credit, e-payment, and check transactions of customers
• Ensures accuracy of pricing, issue receipts, invoices or refund
• Counts money in cash boxes/drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that the amount is correct and that there is an adequate change.
• Ensures compliance with the guidelines of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
• Assists in managing customer queries
• Performs and generates reports such as but not limited to doctor's statement of account, monthly, daily cashier, and census.
