Cash and Payment Reconciliation Manager

BTI Payments Philippines, Inc. is looking for a Cash and Payment Reconciliation Manager to lead a team responsible for the reconciliation of high-volume payment transactions and cash collections across our nationwide Pay&Go kiosk network.

This is not a traditional accounting reconciliation role.

We are looking for a leader with experience in payment operations, settlement operations, ATM operations, electronic banking, fintech, or transaction processing environments who understands how payment transactions flow from initiation to settlement and can effectively manage transaction exceptions, discrepancies, and operational risks.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of Reconciliation Supervisors and Reconciliation Analysts
• Manage the end-to-end reconciliation of payment transactions, cash collections, settlement files, bank reports, and internal transaction records
• Ensure daily reconciliation activities are completed accurately and within established service levels
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies, settlement breaks, shortages, overages, duplicate transactions, and other reconciliation exceptions
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Banking Partners, Cash-in-Transit providers, technology vendors, and other stakeholders
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues
• Review reconciliation dashboards, exception reports, aging reports, and management reports
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies

What We're Looking For

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

✅ At least 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:

• Payments Reconciliation
• Settlement Operations
• Payment Processing
• ATM Operations
• Electronic Banking Operations
• Cash Management
• Transaction Processing Operations

✅ At least 3 years of supervisory or people leadership experience

✅ Strong understanding of payment transaction flows, settlement processes, and exception management

✅ Experience handling high-volume transactions

✅ Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities

Highly Preferred

⭐ Experience in fintech, payments, banking operations, ATM networks, acquiring, transaction switching, or similar environments

⭐ Experience managing reconciliation teams and operational controls
