We are hiring for Cash & Banking Specialist at Alabang, Muntinlupa.

Job Title: Cash & Banking Specialist

Location : Alabang

Mode of Hiring: Contract (6 months Extendable)

Note: Position is fully onsite for training and after training it will be hybrid for 3days office and 2days remote

Job Description:

Must Have:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 3-4 years Cash & banking, GL related work experiences
• Should have experience with major ERP Systems (SAP,D365 and Oracle)
• Should have experience working with different banks and basic knowhow on bank products and services
• Advanced skills in the use of MS Office Excel, Co-Pilot, and Agentic AI applications
• Should have good analytical skills
• Above average communication and interpersonal skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Team player skills
• Be able to work in a structured environment
• Good people skills

Preferred:

• Advantages given to Accounting, Business Administration, or other business-related courses
• Experience in Accounting Shared Services/ BPO industry
• Proven ability to work under pressure
• Able to work with the least supervision needed
• Worked in an international and culturally diverse organization
