Duties and Responsibilities: -The Case Specialist is responsible for managing daily cases (end-to-end) -Acts as liaison between different stakeholders - customers, clients, providers and suppliers, etc. -Ensures delivery of customer service experience across all programs - medical, travel, etc. -Completes all assigned tasks for each case
