Case Management Operations Lead (Medical-Legal)

Full-Time | Night Shift | Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Case Management Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of a team supporting a leading U.S.-based medical lien company.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring that every case continues moving forward efficiently. You will oversee case workflows, monitor team performance, identify delays, coordinate with U.S.-based stakeholders, and help drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do
  • Monitor active cases daily using the client's case management system.
  • Identify delayed or stalled cases and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate with Case Managers to keep cases progressing.
  • Communicate with U.S.-based team members regarding questions, missing information, and operational updates.
  • Review case notes and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Track team productivity and workload.
  • Escalate critical issues and recommend solutions.
  • Coach and support Case Managers to improve performance and accountability.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
  • Help develop and improve operational processes and workflows.
  • Prepare reports and provide updates on team and case status.

What We're Looking ForRequired Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations, case management, legal support, healthcare coordination, insurance, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a team.
  • Experience managing multiple cases, projects, or workflows simultaneously.
  • Strong experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

  • Comfortable communicating with U.S.-based clients and teams.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using CRM or case management software is an advantage.
