Organize Complex Legal Matters With Expert-Level Accuracy

As a Case Assistant, you will support complex legal matters by ensuring case workflows remain organized, accurate, and on schedule. You will work closely with legal professionals and expert witnesses to coordinate documentation, communications, and timelines that contribute to successful litigation outcomes. The Qualifications We Seek

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • At least 2 years of legal background or prior experience in a law firm is an advantage
  • Experience in customer service or relationship management with corporate clients
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preferably a graduate of Law
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and independent working ability
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities
  • Proven ability to provide effective team support
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Strong understanding of office management and daily operations
  • Hands-on experience using Microsoft Office tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the offshore team in managing active cases and providing administrative assistance
  • Compose professional correspondence and ensure materials reach the appropriate parties
  • Call and communicate with clients and expert witnesses professionally
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate calendars
  • Arrange travel and logistics as required
  • Develop, organize, and maintain online case files
  • Update internal systems and databases with accurate information
  • Coordinate information between internal teams and clients
  • Ensure strict compliance with case deadlines and timelines
  • Resolve issues that arise during case processing
  • Create spreadsheets, presentations, and reports as required
  • Provide statistical data and case-related reports
  • Develop, implement, and improve office policies and procedures
