The Carrier Support Intern provides administrative support and data support to the Carrier Buying Team. The role focuses on data integrity of Third Party Service records, generating reports, communicating with internal teams, and assisting in reconciling discrepancies in the service records.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the Carrier Buying Team
- Monitor and audit service records for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate data and reports
- Analyze monthly purchasing trend and assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Assist in process improvement opportunities related to data integrity and report generation
