Overview
- Assist in preparing and executing wholesale strategies and plans for wholesale voice, SMS and carrier services.
- Assist in the development and management of commercial relationships with other carriers and third-party service providers
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution, follow through and complete operational requirements of carrier & wholesale accounts
- Manage, and if necessary, renew agreements of assigned accounts
- Assist in developing carrier relationships by maintaining constant contact with existing partners
- Assisting in building firm relationships with partners to identify and create business opportunities
- Work with support and operation teams to resolve carrier related issues
- When necessary, carry out market research and provide relevant management information
- Work with the Carrier Relations Manager to create propositions for carrier strategies in accordance with the division's goals
- Support the carrier strategies to generate maximum revenue potential
- Provide administrative support such as updating systems, billing and invoicing, revenue management reporting, and forecasting
- Ensure activities are compliant with internal policies, including but not limited to data privacy and conflict of interest
Qualifications
- College Graduate
- Knowledge in MS Office: Excel, Word and PPT
- Fluent communication oral / written skills (English)
- Quick learning capabilities
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and easily adaptable to change
