Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Carrier Operations Specialist, with some flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will manage carrier relationships, coordinate shipments, resolve operational issues, monitor logistics performance, and ensure efficiency in transportation processes. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to maintain high service standards and reliable logistics operations.

• Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills to manage carrier operations and logistics effectively
• Problem-solving and analytical skills for resolving operational issues and ensuring optimal performance
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills for collaborating with carriers and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in using logistics software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools
• Experience in supply chain management, transportation coordination, or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
