Role: Carrier Operations and Admin Representative
Job Description:
- This is a hybrid position with a set schedule. The rep will cover track and trace position on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and early weekday mornings 0500-0700.
- After 0700 weekdays, they will transition to Carrier Admin where they will help vet carriers compliance, safety, and insurance to onboard with Avenue Logistics
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal English skills, previous experience in track and trace, carrier operations, or carrier compliance, sense of urgency, organization, problem solving, attention to detail.

Role: Carrier Operations Specialist
Job Description:
- Track & Trace shipments by checking websites calling driver/carriers
- Data entry into TMS
- Follow up with carriers at appropriate times to make sure we get needed updates
- Escalate issues/no answers to appropriate parties and communicate solutions to the client
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in track and trace or comparable role with a US logistics company focused on over the road freight
- Good English, basic understanding of transportation terminology, TMS experience, Google Suite
