Job Title: Carrier Onboarding Associate
Reports to: Director of Implementation Support
Intelligent Audit is a fast-growing freight audit & business analytics technology company helping our customers become smarter shippers - shipping to their customers faster, cheaper and with less delivery exceptions. We use big data to help our customers remove inefficiencies in their global transportation spend. We are looking for a Carrier Onboarding Associate to help us work with customers to manage small parcel and new courier clients.
What you Will Do:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The individual with this position in our company will be expected, on a regular basis, to:
- Manage all small parcel and new courier setups within the IA platform
- Communicate directly with carriers and clients for new setups
- Create & monitor DEV tickets for new carrier parsers
- Work alongside the Rate Librarian and the development for new setup testing
- Manage and facilitate all internal tickets related to manual onboarding
- Communicate with our offshore team on the manual keying process
- Facilitate sample data loading requests for new clients
- Manage and oversee required paperwork for new/existing EDI setups; MNDA, Trading Partner Agreement, & LOA's
- Train new/existing team members on new processes
- Support new client code configuration for carrier setups
- Build carrier configuration plans within the Intelligent Audit portal
- Configure UPS/FDX/DHL/STM/ENT billing center carrier setups, loading historical data and troubleshooting
- Create & monitor EDI Jira tickets
- Work with customers on new report setups
- Facilitate communication on carrier Go-Lives with other internal teams
- Setup new user profiles and send out login credentials
What You Will Bring:
- Prior experience in FAP and/or Logistics based companies
- Experience working in a high growth startup
- Ability to organize and manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Excellent communicator who can help with carrier project deliverables
- Problem solver who can create solutions that meet customer requirements
- Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, and ticketing tools; Microsoft Suite, SQL
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience with Jira or ticketing tools
- At least 2 years experience with SQL
