Job Title: Software Engineer - CargoWise Workflow Automation (Saudi Arabia Support)

We are currently looking to on-board a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in CargoWise One platform and workflow automation. This role will be responsible for supporting the Saudi Arabia office in their local office hours, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering technical solutions for the regional team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- CargoWise One Platform: Proven experience with the CargoWise One platform, particularly with workflow automation, shipping, inventory, and customs modules.
- Automation Tools: Strong knowledge of automation tools (RPA, PowerShell scripting, etc.) to streamline workflows.
- Programming & Scripting: Experience in scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar) and API integrations to enhance CargoWise functionality.
- Troubleshooting: Solid problem-solving abilities with a focus on technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus). Ability to work with cross-functional teams in different time zones.
- Time Zone Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts that align with the Saudi Arabia office hours (GMT+3).
- Cultural Sensitivity: An understanding of business practices and customs in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
