The Career Support Associate is responsible for supporting the end-to-end hiring process by coordinating recruitment activities, assisting candidates, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview and screen resumes based on job requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
Provide timely support and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate records of candidate status and recruitment activities
Coordinate with recruiters and internal teams to ensure smooth hiring flow
Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process
At least 2 years of BPO experience
Strong communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Customer service or recruitment support experience is an advantage
