Career Development Program Trainees - Android/IOS

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in intensive training focused on mobile app development for Android and iOS
• Learn core concepts of native application development using Kotlin and Swift
• Practice building mobile applications using Android Studio and Xcode
• Understand and apply RESTful API integration in mobile environments
• Use Git and Git-based tools for version control and collaboration
• Troubleshoot, debug, and test mobile applications during practice sessions
• Work on hands-on coding exercises and mini-projects to strengthen development skills
• Collaborate with trainers and fellow trainees to complete learning modules and assignments
• Prepare for deployment into real project teams upon completion of the program

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related course
• Highly motivated, fast learner, and passionate about mobile development
• Basic understanding of programming concepts (OOP, logic building, scripting)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Open to learning new tools, frameworks, and technologies
• Willing to undergo full-time training under the CDP program
