Gallagher Bassett, a premier multiline claims services provider, is looking for PHRNs to join their Workers Compensation Triage program. This is a care coordination and documentation support role that provides assistance with documentation, coordination, and workflow activities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive inbound calls from injured workers and employers.
Collect and verify employee demographics and non‑clinical injury details.
Enter and maintain accurate information in designated platforms.
Follow scripted prompts and tool‑generated instructions to progress workflows.
Execute coordination tasks based on approved protocols.
Provide standardized, scripted instructions and next‑step information.
Coordinate required forms, referrals, and documentation as applicable.
Deliver standardized closing statements to injured workers and employers.
Finalize and document call records in relevant systems.
Complete designated coordination tasks per workflow.
Escalate all clinical questions or symptom concerns to a USRN.
Participate in ongoing training, calibration, and quality assurance reviews.
Qualifications:
An active Nursing license in the Philippines.
At least one year of experience in U.S. healthcare.
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in navigating multiple software applications simultaneously during live calls.
Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and time management skills.
