CARE COORDINATORS (PHRN)

Gallagher Bassett, a premier multiline claims services provider, is looking for PHRNs to join their Workers Compensation Triage program. This is a care coordination and documentation support role that provides assistance with documentation, coordination, and workflow activities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound calls from injured workers and employers.
  • Collect and verify employee demographics and nonclinical injury details.
  • Enter and maintain accurate information in designated platforms.
  • Follow scripted prompts and toolgenerated instructions to progress workflows.
  • Execute coordination tasks based on approved protocols.
  • Provide standardized, scripted instructions and nextstep information.
  • Coordinate required forms, referrals, and documentation as applicable.
  • Deliver standardized closing statements to injured workers and employers.
  • Finalize and document call records in relevant systems.
  • Complete designated coordination tasks per workflow.
  • Escalate all clinical questions or symptom concerns to a USRN.
  • Participate in ongoing training, calibration, and quality assurance reviews.
Qualifications:
  • An active Nursing license in the Philippines.
  • At least one year of experience in U.S. healthcare.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software applications simultaneously during live calls.
  • Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Typing proficiency of at least 40 WPM.
  • Willing to work in any assigned shift.
  • Able to report onsite as needed.
