Project Description
1. Sienna Project
- Aligning credit card features/functionality/parameters of UB Legacy with ex-Citi
2. MySSS
- Relaunch of UB SSS UMID card into mySSS card which is an SSS ID that is linked to a UB savings acct with Visa functionalities
3. Sienna Recarding
- Recarding of approx 200K UB Legacy credit cards (related to item a above)
4. CMP enhancement
- Utilize Card Monitoring Platform (CMP) to automate:
- S&R cards files hand off to vendor
- Hand off of embossing and non-embossing files to vendor Allcard
- Inventory management
- Accruals+liquidation
- Vendor API to CMP
Qualifications
- Must have - college graduate with some background in Operations, particularly card production support
- Must have at least 1 year experience in Card Production support
- Must have good communication skills, both written and spoken
- Background or experience in vendor management
- Some supervisory skills
- MS Excel proficient
- Analytical skills
- Background or experience in vendor management preferred
