The Cards Marketing Officer for Product Management is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of both existing and newly developed CBC Cards products. This includes the conceptualization, planning, and execution of product-specific marketing strategies to drive card acquisition.
Key responsibilities include developing and launching targeted sales programs, creating acquisition campaigns across various channels, and expanding the reach and value of all cards products to further enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
The role also entails the continuous evaluation and enhancement of credit card features to remain competitive and relevant in the market. Any product updates or enhancements must be implemented in compliance with the Bank's established policies and procedures.
The Officer is expected to collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives and alignment with strategic objectives.
