Position: Cards, Loans and Standard Account Management Operations Head

Job Summary: The Cards, Loans and Standard Account Management Operations Head lead, develop and execute strategy of Bank-Wide Backroom Operations and Shared Services that include; (1) Loans and Trade Finance, (2) Transaction Banking Services, (3) Credit & Debit Card Operations, (4) Payment & Clearing Management, (5) Treasury & Investment Operations, (6) Channel Activity Management / Digital Operations (7) Automated Teller Machine Network Management, and (8) Card Financial Operations & Financial Systems. Build and expand Digital Operations capabilities that will be the core of the Operational Activity Command Center.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Amplify exponentially the digitization of manual processes in Operations and Shared Services to deliver optimal efficiencies using various platforms and solutions such as Robotic Process Automation and Straight Through-Processing Systems. This will allow efficient management of operational resources such as manpower, operational and capital expenditures
- Ensure operational compliance with all Bank, BSP, and relevant Government laws and/or regulations managing risk of exposure at a minimum
- Convert, enrich operational activities to allow more commercial opportunities as a business partner and enabler.
