Your Role
The Cards Channel Officer leads the cards channel team, covering cross sell of Credit Cards to MPI and subsidiaries. The incumbent will manage the development of programs and campaigns to drive channel take up.
How will you contribute
- Manage acquisition channel/s which includes cascading of promos and campaigns, dissemination of product strategies, and other management directives.
- Develop tactical sales and incentive programs to boost sales productivity.
- Monitors and reports channel productivity and campaign or program performance.
- Acts as back up in the absence of other CUL Cards Channel Officer/s.
- Discuss targets with partners.
- Develop channel strategies to drive turn ins.
- Work with different stake holders to launch different campaigns and programs.
Your Impact
- College Degree preferably major in Arts, Legal Management, BA, Accounting Graduate or Business-related course
- At least 3 years banking experience in Cards or Unsecured Lending
- With extensive sales experience
- Proficient in MS Offices
