Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cardiac Sonographer role located in Calamba. The Cardiac Sonographer is responsible for performing high-quality echocardiograms and other non-invasive cardiac ultrasound studies, following established protocols and physician orders. Day-to-day tasks include preparing patients for procedures, operating ultrasound equipment, acquiring and analyzing cardiac images, and documenting findings accurately in medical records. The role involves collaborating closely with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnoses and treatment planning. The Cardiac Sonographer is also expected to maintain equipment, adhere to safety and infection control standards, and participate in ongoing quality assurance and professional development activities.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Cardiology and Non-invasive Cardiology, with the ability to interpret and recognize normal and abnormal cardiac structures and functions.
- Relevant professional credentials such as American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) and Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS), or eligibility and commitment to obtain these certifications.
- Educational background in Medicine, Medical Technology, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, or a related allied health field.
- Proficiency in operating echocardiography and ultrasound equipment, including Doppler and stress echocardiography systems.
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills for accurate reporting and record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills and ability to provide respectful, clear explanations to patients and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to patient safety, infection control practices, and adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Willingness to work on-site in Calamba and to participate in continuous learning, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
