A Global Payments Firm is seeking two experienced Cards Portfolio Business Performance Managers (one for Debit and one for Credit) with strong expertise in consumer card portfolio management, analytics and execution. This is to work directly with their client's cards team.
This role is suited for hands-on professionals with deep issuing experience, ideally from leading banks in the Philippines.
They are looking to strengthen their cards portfolio performance through improved tracking, lifecycle management, and execution of portfolio initiatives. These roles are part of a broader effort to optimise portfolio growth, customer acquisition, and usage.
What you will be doing
- Track and manage the performance of the consumer credit or debit card portfolio across key lifecycle stages, including acquisition, activation, usage, and retention
- Support lifecycle management initiatives and portfolio actions to drive growth and optimise performance
- Analyse portfolio data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders
- Support execution and tracking of card-related initiatives, including campaigns and product launches
- Measure impact of initiatives and recommend optimisation actions based on performance outcomes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, analytics, and operations to support execution
- Provide day-to-day analytical and execution support to the client's cards business team
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for data, insights, and performance analysis
Your background
- 8–12 years of experience in cards, retail banking, or payments, with a focus on portfolio performance management or analytics
- Strong experience in cards issuing, preferably within top banks in the Philippines
- Solid understanding of consumer card portfolio management, including lifecycle stages (acquisition, usage, retention)
- Experience in portfolio analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
- Hands-on experience in driving portfolio actions and optimisation initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong execution capabilities in fast-paced, client-facing environments
- Fluency in English & Tagalog
