Job Description

I. Job Summary

Primarily responsible for the generation of new cardholders in coordination with various sales channels such as Branch Banking Group and Direct Sales / Third Party Sales Agency.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve cards sales target by executing programs for Third Party Sales Agencies and Branches

2. Conducts Branch or Agency visitation for acquisition and relationship management.

3. Conducts training of Branch personnel and DS Agents on products, promos and compliance.

4. Implement sales strategies and programs for the achievement of sales target.

5. Review performance of network channel, and identify areas for improvement and develop specific strategies to address low productivity.

6. Increase product awareness of cards through product orientation and briefing of Sales Agencies and Bank of Commerce Branches.

7. In-charge of credit card caravans and boothing for internal and external partners.

8. Process Corporate Credit Cards from Branches and SMC Group.

9. Provides training and coaches Card Sales Associates on how to handle various complaints and complex accounts.

10. Sends daily report to Direct Sales Agency.

11. Handles 1st call elevation.

12. Regularize errors of the team.

13. Coordinates with other departments for credit card related projects.

14. Makes various follow-ups to different departments within the company for processing and follow-up complex accounts.

15. Prepares Payment Authorization Form for Vendors.

16. Updates Card Sales Head of the status and performance of the Sales Channels.

17. Monitors adherence to Company policy on tardiness and absences.

18. Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the Card Acquisition Head.

19. Reports Preparation

a. Daily Sales Report (Turn-ins, Approvals, Activation)

b. BSP Reports (ex. CCBAR)

c. Annual Fee Waiver Cleanup

d. Weekly/Bi-Weekly Branch and DS MIS

e. BBG Monthly Production Report

f. Reviews Direct Sales payout
