Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Captain Waiter for an on-site, full-time role based in Metro Manila. The Captain Waiter will oversee the daily dining service, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead the service team to provide excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include supervising the food and beverage service, coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness, addressing guest needs promptly, and maintaining service standards. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, assisting in menu recommendations, and ensuring restaurant cleanliness and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless interaction with clients and staff.
- Knowledge and practical experience in Food & Beverage operations, including Food Service and menu expertise.
- Basic Cooking skills and an understanding of culinary presentations are an advantage.
- Leadership abilities and a proactive mindset to guide and support team members effectively.
- Attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Previous experience as a Captain Waiter or in a similar supervisory position in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Fluency in English and familiarity with additional languages is a plus.
