The Qualifications We Seek

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • 2+ years of customer service, order management, or coordination experience

Qualifications

  • Experience handling quotes, shipping coordination, billing, and customer support workflows
  • Proficient in ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills

Preferred Skills

  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and think proactively

Your Daily Tasks

  • Follow established processes and system tools for quoting and order management execution
  • Develop strong understanding of product and service offerings
  • Respond to inbound inquiries within 24 hours
  • Manage multiple projects effectively while maintaining strong attention to detail and time management
  • Coordinate scheduling, equipment orders, installation appointments, and billing activities
  • Proactively manage project timelines, stakeholder updates, delays, and issue resolution
  • Communicate professionally with customers, third parties, and internal stakeholders
  • Complete quotes, orders, delivery coordination, and project management tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Uphold company standards related to pricing, service fees, and customer information requirements
  • Provide weekly project updates in the system portal to support seamless execution
  • Follow standard workflows while proactively enhancing customer experience and satisfaction
  • Support the US Rehabilitation Sales team through accurate management of capital equipment orders
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of capital equipment quotes and orders from inquiry through invoicing
  • Coordinate consolidated delivery scheduling and final invoicing activities
  • Build and maintain strong customer, vendor, and internal stakeholder relationships through exceptional service
