Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Capital Markets Process Consultant / Discovery Lead to support a large-scale transformation initiative within the Capital Markets domain. This role will drive process discovery and AI-led transformation assessments, identifying opportunities for automation, process optimization, and productivity enhancement across Capital Markets operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Capital Markets processes, business transformation, and consulting, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business challenges into actionable improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and transformation teams.
Assess current-state business processes, SOPs, operating models, process maps, KPIs, and operational challenges.
Identify opportunities for AI, Generative AI, automation, workflow orchestration, and process optimization.
Analyze business processes and quantify potential business value, productivity gains, ROI, and FTE capacity creation.
Develop business cases and recommendations to support transformation initiatives.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions and present findings to senior business and transformation leaders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define future-state operating models and improvement roadmaps.
Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and process assessments.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Financial Services, Consulting, Shared Services Transformation, or Business Process Improvement.
Strong understanding of Capital Markets operations, including:
Transaction Management
Brokerage Operations
Investment Sales
Research & Analytics
Deal Support Functions
Experience in process consulting, business transformation, operational excellence, automation, or AI-led operating model redesign.
Proven ability to lead workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and drive discovery engagements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business case development skills.
Excellent presentation, communication, and executive stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Commercial Real Estate processes and operations.
Exposure to AI/GenAI, Intelligent Automation, RPA, or Digital Transformation programs.
Experience working with global consulting or transformation engagements.
