Resource Optimization

  • Develop strategies for cost-effective resource utilization.
  • Implement changes with IT, operations, and other departments.

Risk Management

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to capacity planning.

Data Analysis

  • Analyze system performance and demand patterns.
  • Use statistical models for decision support.

Collaboration

  • Work with cross-functional teams to align plans with organizational goals.

Documentation

  • Maintain accurate capacity plans and communicate recommendations.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay informed about industry trends and propose process improvements.

Communication Skills

  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in BPO industry
  • Proven capacity planning experience in a large-scale IT environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization.
  • Familiarity with project management principles.
  • Detail-oriented with accuracy in analysis and reporting.
