This is a full-time remote role for a Cantonese/Mandarin/Korean - English Bilingual Interpreter. The interpreter will facilitate clear and accurate live communication in real-time between English and Cantonese, Mandarin, or Korean-speaking parties in various settings, such as healthcare, legal, and customer service. Responsibilities include interpreting conversations with precision, maintaining cultural sensitivity, and adhering to confidentiality standards. The interpreter may also assist with troubleshooting communication challenges and achieving common understanding between language speakers.

• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and/or Korean, as well as English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Proficiency in interpreting techniques, including consecutive and simultaneous interpreting, and experience working in professional or customer-facing settings.
• Ability to maintain cultural awareness, sensitivity to contextual meanings, and accuracy in conveying complex ideas between languages.
• Familiarity with industry-related terminology, particularly in fields such as healthcare, legal, or customer service, is preferred.
• Strong active listening, multitasking, and critical thinking skills to ensure accurate interpretation during live conversations.
• Competence in using video conferencing tools, messaging software, and other digital communication platforms for remote job functions.
• Prior experience as an interpreter or in a related role is preferred, but not mandatory if linguistic and interpreting skills are demonstrated.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree or certification in interpretation, linguistics, or a related field is a plus.
