Job Summary
You are a customer-focused person responsible for ensuring extraordinary service by promptly and accurately responding to phone calls from existing customers, making it easy for them to do business with us, and solving their issues. You will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing customer account information and recommending tailored solutions to the customer that add value to their business.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in speaking both Cantonese and English
- Call center experience is a plus
- Amenable to work in fixed graveyard shift schedule
- Amenable to report onsite at VXI MOA - Pasay for the 7-week onsite training

- Must have eligibility to work in the Philippines
- Must hold a tourist visa; if formerly/currently employed with 9G visa, previous/current employer must downgrade it to Tourist visa
- Must have a valid passport at least 1 year before expiry
