Location: 8 Rockwell, Makati

Work Schedule: earliest 9 am-6 pm, latest 1 pm – 10 pm; Hybrid arrangement with at least 3 days onsite

Join PMI as a Candidate Lifecycle Experience Specialist – Shape a Smoke-Free Future!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and candidate-focused Pre-Employment Screening (PES) Specialist to support the candidate journey prior to joining PMI. This role works closely with market Talent Acquisition teams and external vendors to ensure a smooth and compliant pre-boarding experience through effective background check coordination and analysis.

What Your Day Looks Like

  • Candidate Support & Coordination:
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates during the background verification phase.
  • Share background check results conducted by external vendors with relevant stakeholders.
  • Follow up with candidates to ensure timely and complete submission of background check requirements.
  • Background Check Analysis:
  • Review and analyze vendor-provided background check results.
  • Provide internal PES recommendations based on PMI's policies and standards.
  • Escalate discrepancies or concerns to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance & Auditing:
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure consistency and accuracy of vendor background check reports.
  • Identify trends or issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in recruitment systems and tools.
  • Track candidate progress and generate reports to support HR and market teams.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform onboarding decisions.
  • Service Excellence:
  • Consistently meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with PMI's values and standards.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment operations, background screening, or HR compliance preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, preferably in SuccessFactors
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
