KBF Philippines, Inc. is currently seeking a Campus Associate to join our PHL Tax Team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a strong foundation in taxation while contributing to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing U.S. federal and state tax returns for individuals, trusts, and estates under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support related calculations, workpapers, and documentation to ensure accurate and timely filings.
- Conduct basic tax research and prepare summaries to assist with client projects
- Analyze client data to identify tax savings and compliance opportunities
- Maintain organized working papers and files for accuracy and audit readiness
- Communicate progress, challenges, and questions with supervisors in a timely manner
- Learn and apply current tax laws, regulations, and industry updates
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver quality work
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) degree preferred; recent graduates welcome to apply.
- Strong academic record from a highly regarded accounting program, with a genuine interest in learning about taxation.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work overtime or overlapping hours during US peak tax season months

This position is based in our BGC office, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 7 am to 4 pm (Philippine Time) and an onsite requirement of 5 days per week.
