Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Coordination (Campaign Production)

  • Develop and execute marketing and campaign strategies aligned with client objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Evaluate and refine strategies using insights from research and campaign performance data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.

Pitch Development and Presentation

  • Assist in the creation and development of strategic pitches that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Utilize strategic thinking to brainstorm innovative ideas and craft tailored proposals.
  • Delegate tasks effectively within the team to ensure all pitch components are completed on time.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather necessary insights and resources for successful pitch execution.
  • Lead and assist in pitch presentations, showcasing creative solutions and strategic recommendations.
  • Mentor and guide the team to improve their pitch creation and presentation skills.

Social Media Management Oversight

  • Handle and oversee the social media management activities of the unit, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
  • Conduct quality assurance of all social media deliverables, including pre- and post-production outputs.
  • Provide support to the unit in community management efforts, ensuring proper implementation and audience engagement.
  • Analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, preparing performance reports with actionable insights for improvement.
  • Present insights and findings in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance and Oversight

  • Oversee social media management and ensure proper execution by their unit.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks from pre- to post-production, ensuring that deliverables meet brand and campaign standards.
  • Assist team members in implementing community management strategies, ensuring timely and appropriate audience engagement.
  • Review and optimize the quality of content and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Understanding of Content Format and Platform (CMS, Social Media):
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and various social media platforms, understanding their nuances and best practices.

Research and Analysis

  • Perform deep dives into market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Use research insights to identify potential threats and opportunities for campaigns.

Internal And External Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Basic Graphic Design Skills

  • Familiarity with basic graphic design tools like Capcut, Canva, or Adobe for creating visual content.

Content Direction and Development

  • Provide direction for content across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
  • Oversee content creation, optimization, and quality assurance for various platforms.
  • Ensure content adheres to the nuances and best practices of CMS and social media platforms.

Project and People Management

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Manage the unit lead and oversee task delegation to maintain smooth workflows.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering professional growth.
  • Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders for seamless campaign execution.

Online Events Management

  • Plan and execute online events to promote engagement and brand visibility.
  • Oversee event content, technical aspects, and troubleshooting during live events.
  • Permits Application and Compliance
  • Process DTI and ASC permits for campaigns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the documentation and submission process for content approvals.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

  • 12 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or content strategy.
  • Leadership experience in pitch creation or campaign execution is a plus.
