Job Description

About Role:

Campaign Strategy Analyst owning campaign and brand insights for assigned brands and markets within Commercial AIDE (Analytics, Insights & Data Exploration). The role delivers decision-ready, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations that brand managers and account managers use in client discussions, planning cycles, and optimization. The analyst also plays a critical role in KPI design and measurement strategy, including feasibility assessments for contractual KPIs and alignment to Docquity's internal insights metrics.

Job Description:

  • Insight Generation & Performance Diagnosis: Analyze campaign and brand performance to uncover trends, drivers, and opportunities across audiences, content, channels, and time.
  • Develop structured diagnostic deep-dives (e.g., funnel conversion, cohort movement, segment differences, market variance) to explain the why behind performance.
  • Translate analysis into concise insight narratives (what happened, why it happened, implications) with supporting evidence and clear assumptions.
  • Actionable Recommendations & Optimization: Convert insights into prioritized recommendations with clear levers, expected impact direction, dependencies, and how success will be measured.
  • Support optimization decisions (targeting, content strategy, channel mix, cadence, audience prioritization) based on observed drivers and constraints.
  • Propose lightweight forward-looking views (e.g., pacing vs target, scenario comparisons) that improve planning and decision clarity.
  • KPI Building, Measurement Strategy & Contract Feasibility: Lead KPI framework design for campaigns — define KPI trees, metric definitions, calculation logic, targets/benchmarks, and interpretation guidance.
  • Assess feasibility of proposed contractual KPIs and deliverables by validating data availability, required instrumentation, methodological soundness, and operational effort.
  • Recommend feasible KPI alternatives or phased measurement approaches when data limitations exist, ensuring alignment with Docquity's internal insights metrics standards.
  • Partner with Data & Platform and Product Insights to validate data readiness, resolve definition gaps, and document KPI logic for consistent reuse.
  • Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement: Provide brand and account managers with insight-ready charts, talking points, and recommendations for client-facing materials (the account/brand team owns final review delivery).
  • Join working sessions and (as needed) client calls as the insights subject-matter resource to clarify methodology, confidence, and trade-offs.
  • Standardize and improve recurring insight outputs (templates, metric dictionaries, playbooks) to reduce ambiguity and speed up decision cycles.
  • Feedback Loop Into a Scalable Product: Identify recurring questions and high-value analyses to productize into scalable modules in partnership with Product Insights.
  • Lead commercial product creation by translating recurring client and internal insight needs into scalable analytics products, reusable modules, and packaged solution offerings, in close partnership with Product Insights and commercial stakeholders.
  • Flag data quality issues, missing fields, and pipeline gaps to Data & Platform, and support validation of fixes through reproducible checks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting learnings, best practices, and reusable analyses across brands and markets.

  • Experience/ Skills Required:

    • 5 years of experience in analytics/BI, performance marketing analytics, commercial strategy analytics, or consulting (healthcare/pharma experience is a plus).
    • Strong SQL proficiency; comfortable working with large datasets and turning business questions into analysis plans. Experience in Python, R, and other programming languages is a plus.
    • Experience with visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate analyses into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Experience designing KPIs/measurement frameworks; familiarity with experimentation, cohort analysis, and segmentation is advantageous.
    • Proven track record in commercial product creation and productization, with the ability to shape analytics capabilities into scalable, high-value client-facing and internal commercial solutions.
    • Strong proficiency in applying AI to business and commercial use cases to elevate analysis, insight generation, workflow automation, and decision support, with sound judgment on data quality, governance, and responsible adoption.
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment; willingness to collaborate across time zones.
