Job Summary:
The Campaign Service Delivery Support will provide technical and operational support to our marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing campaigns, providing technical support to end-users, and troubleshooting issues related to campaign execution.
Responsibilities:
- The Service Delivery Specialist will also be responsible for developing and implementing campaign delivery processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and optimizing campaign performance through data analysis.
- Execute and manage the delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with established SLAs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly, including creative, digital, and production teams.
- Develop and maintain campaign delivery metrics and reporting, providing regular updates to internal and external partners on campaign delivery performance.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting issues related to campaign execution.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
- Create and maintain campaign documentation, supporting project plans and schedule.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, loyalty program management, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills and expertise in EDM, Viber, and SMS broadcast tools.
