Job Description:
- Drive the end-to-end planning and execution of monthly campaigns (e.g., double day, brand-specific campaigns), taking ownership of timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
- Design campaign mechanics such as promotion structure, voucher logic, participation rules that balance business goals with buyer appeal
- Coordinate closely with the BD team to align campaign plans with merchant needs, including designing special packages for brand partners
- Work with graphic designers to ensure creative assets are delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives and branding guidelines
- Secure exposure slots and coordinate with relevant teams to maximize campaign visibility and awareness across platform touchpoints
- Manage cross-functional communication and alignment across BD, marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Monitor campaign sentiment and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to protect brand and platform reputation
- Track and interpret campaign performance data to inform planning decisions and continuously improve future campaigns
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and timelines, troubleshooting issues as they arise to keep campaigns on track
Requirements:
- At least 0-3 years of experience in campaign management, project management, marketing, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills, with experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable interpreting basic performance data to inform decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm and adaptable under pressure
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
