The Campaign Operator is primarily responsible for managing and executing customer engagement campaigns through the Responsys platform across SMS, Email, and Viber channels. The role includes campaign setup, HTML (EDM) creation, performance monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure effective and timely campaign delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all campaign materials and content are developed and deployed on time and within budget.
- Set up and execute SMS, Email, and Viber campaigns using the Responsys platform.
- Develop and edit Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) HTML; troubleshoot technical issues as necessary.
- Generate and analyze SMS and email campaign performance reports.
- Endorse campaign results to stakeholders and provide insights to measure effectiveness.
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
- Coordinate with Sales and other relevant teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Prepare and submit monthly SMS reports to Accounting.
- Stay updated on the latest tools, technologies, and industry trends in campaign management.
- Make recommendations on operational improvements and related business activities.
- Actively participate in staff meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business, or any related field.
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in campaign operations or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with campaign management platforms (e.g., Responsys).
- Background in HTML/coding for EDM development.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Makati.
