This position is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of Business Banking campaigns covering both loan and non-loan products across the customer lifecycle — from acquisition and onboarding to cross-sell, engagement, and retention.
The role ensures that campaigns are implemented on time, aligned with business objectives, and responsive to customer needs, while supporting Sales and Product teams in achieving portfolio growth and customer engagement targets.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute campaigns aligned with business and product priorities to support acquisition, cross-sell, engagement, and retention, ensuring timely multi-channel rollout, effective coordination with Sales and Branch teams, continuous improvement based on field feedback, and alignment with key business goals such as portfolio growth, credit quality, and profitability.
- Develop and manage campaign reporting and analytics to track performance, generate insights, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Design and manage rewards and loyalty programs to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention while optimizing customer value and program effectiveness.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment with product strategy and customer needs.
- Work with CRM, EDM, and Digital teams to enable campaign automation, targeting, and multi-channel deployment.
- Coordinate with MRCI and research partners to integrate customer insights, market trends, and competitor benchmarks into campaign planning.
- Support the Campaign Head including documentation, approvals, and compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, Campaign Management, Project Management or related roles
- Skills in Powerpoint and Excel presentation
