Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a mix of reward and non-reward campaigns aligned with the overall company strategy and business objectives.
Design initiatives that will drive customer acquisition arl engagement, leveraging both incentive-driven mechanics (e.g. promotions, rewards) and value-led approaches (e.g. content, product education, and feature adoption).
Execute and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across email, paid social, paid search, programmatic, and display.
Ensure timely delivery of assets, audience lists, and tracking parameters for each campaign.
Drive high-quality traffic and lead generation using paid media, landing pages, and conversion-focused messaging.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Track and report on KPls including CPA, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and retention.
Analyze campaign results to generate insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
