The role
We are looking for an experienced
Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize integrated outbound campaigns across email, calling, and digital channels for our core practice areas.
This role will own the
30-60-90 day campaign execution plan, working closely with Business Development (BD) & Marketing Managers, and managing a small team of
Lead Generation Specialists.
Your Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of GTM campaigns across target sectors, practices and geographies
- Translate strategic campaign plans into actionable weekly execution roadmaps
- Manage and mentor a team of Lead Generation Specialists
- Design and optimize multi-touch outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, calling)
- Ensure alignment of messaging with industry use cases and solution value propositions
- Monitor and improve key metrics: open rates, response rates, SQL conversion, pipeline creation
- Drive segmentation, targeting, and account prioritization (ABM-lite approach)
- Collaborate with BD and sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Manage campaign tools (CRM, email automation platforms, data tools)
- Continuously refine messaging, scripts, and campaigns working closely with
BD/Marketing Manager based on performance insights
- Create dashboards and provide weekly performance reports to leadership
- Ensure adherence to global outreach compliance and best practices
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B campaign management / demand generation, in IT services or digital solutions
- Proven track record in running international outbound campaigns (US, Europe, Middle East, or APAC markets)
- Strong experience in email marketing, cold outreach, and lead generation programs
- Familiarity with technology services domains (Digital, App Modernization, Data, AI, Cloud) is preferred
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Custom)
- Email automation (Apollo, Outreach Cognism, etc.)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator and data tools
- Strong campaign execution discipline with attention to detail
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and optimize campaigns
