Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Strategy

  • Supervise the development of media plans for brand, product, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure the selection of the most effective advertising channels (TV, radio, digital, OOH, print, etc.) based on campaign goals and target audience.
  • Coordinate with the creative and brand teams to ensure message alignment and visual consistency.

Media Buying & Placement

  • Oversee the media buying process, including negotiations with media vendors, agencies, and platforms.
  • Monitor and manage advertising schedules, insertion orders, and ad trafficking.
  • Ensure all deliverables are placed accurately and on time according to the media plan.

Channel Oversight & Optimization

  • Manage a variety of ad channels including but not limited to social media, programmatic, search, display, TV, radio, and print.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance analytics and KPIs such as impressions, CTR, CPM, reach, and conversions.
  • Work with analytics teams or tools to generate actionable insights.

Reporting & Budget Management

  • Track and report on campaign performance, media spends, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure all advertising activities remain within budget and provide recommendations for media reallocation if needed.
  • Provide post-campaign evaluations and insights for future planning.

Team & Vendor Coordination

  • Supervise media staff or external media agencies and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with media partners and ad tech providers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging advertising technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in media planning, ad operations, or marketing communications.
  • Strong understanding of media channels, ad placements, targeting, and analytics.
  • Experience with media buying platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic DSPs, etc.).
  • Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
