What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with Campaign Planning and cross-functional teams to execute monthly dealer campaign programs.
- Coordinate campaign requirements with partner divisions, including IT, Finance, and other partner divisions.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of dealer programs.
- Develop merchandising guidelines and implementation materials for dealer programs.
- Monitor program performance by generating reports on program qualifiers.
- Partner with Finance and Audit teams to facilitate reward validation, credit processing, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely reward fulfillment and address branch concerns, inquiries, and operational issues related to campaign programs.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Management, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong project and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Organized and process-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
