About the Role
As a Lifecycle Campaign Design Manager, you'll own the full campaign cycle: from audience selection, messaging strategy, setup, QA, launch, performance tracking, optimization, and structured experimentation. You'll translate business goals into measurable lifecycle communications that move users through the funnel.
Strategy & Planning
- Understand business priorities and translate them into campaign briefs, messaging objectives, success metrics, and timelines.
- Define segmentation, targeting logic, audience exclusions, and eligibility criteria.
- Collaborate with Product, Analysts, and Marketing teams to identify lifecycle triggers and opportunities.
Execution
- Develop and launch lifecycle and promotional campaigns for Email, Viber, and in-app notifications.
- Build and refine templates aligned with Billeases brand guidelines and customer experience standards.
- Write concise, action-driven copy in English, Tagalog, and Taglish.
- Set up, test, and deploy campaigns using our marketing automation platforms (e.g., MoEngage, Klaviyo, CleverTap).
- Perform strict QA checks for links, personalization, rendering, segmentation logic, and tracking.
- Work closely with the Campaign Analyst to ensure accurate targeting and workflow logic.
- Execute A/B tests and recommend improvements based on performance data.
- Maintain a shared library of campaign templates, reusable components, and audience segments.
Performance, Optimization & Learning
- Monitor campaigns KPIs such as open rate, CTR, conversion rate, retention, reactivation, and revenue impact.
- Conduct structured A/B and multivariate testing messaging, creatives, timing, segments.
- Run post-campaign analyses, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
- Build and maintain a repository of learnings, benchmarks, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Email and Viber marketing execution.
- Skilled in Figma, Canva, or similar tools for fast, high-quality layout creation.
- Excellent attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, iterative environment
